Meet our New Members
The Alopecia Justice League is thrilled to introduce our newest members! We are always looking to grow our team. Each member has a connection to alopecia, whether they have it or know someone with it. With this passion, we come together to raise awareness for alopecia and spotlight members of our community. If you are interested in joining, visit the join section on our website.
My name is Bobbie Beale, I'm from San Diego, CA! I work in the human resources and payroll field. I was diagnosed with Alopecia Areata in July post-Covid infection. I am learning so much from the alopecia community and am so excited to be a part of the Alopecia Justice League.
My name is Grace Duhs. I am 17 years old and a junior in high school. I got alopecia at 2 years old and started losing all my hair at 7 years old. I want to join the AJL to show that we are also normal people. I am excited to promote awareness of what alopecia is.

Dr. Katerina Svigos
My research and clinical interest in alopecia began as a medical student at NYU, where I also helped create multiple educational video series on alopecia. I will begin my dermatology residency at SUNY Downstate in July 2023.
